I rarely write reviews on internet, but I had to write this one. I’ve been trying to lose my “baby fat” for over a year. I do eat healthy, nothing fried, low carbs, high protein diet and I workout between 3 to 5 times a week, and even though I have lost a lot of weight and i went back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I couldn’t get rid of my pregnancy pouch, i had this extra skin on my abdominal area and I didn’t know what else to do. I have tried creams, diets, over 100 abs a day and NOTHING!!! Until I added this shaper to my routine.. with only 2 weeks of use.. I have lost close to 3 inches on my tummy, which is A LOT!! My pouch is way smaller and you actually can see some signs of my “abs pack” showing right below my breast. I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this product. I do not know if it will work if you don’t exercise nor eat healthy but I just want to clearly state I was doing the clean eating and the exercising often with no results until I got to this product. The fabric is fine, it’s not very thick, but it fits well, maybe I should have ordered one more size for the long one. It comes right to my navel. The color is the same.

This Fat burner vest is awesome, I just love it. It is light weight and very supportive to my back as I work out. I have even worn it all day as I work around the house. By the end of the day or when I have done a half hour or more workout, when I take it off my body is sweaty but my outer clothing is dry. Yes I have lost some weight wearing this.I’m going to need to order another one in a size smaller pretty soon.

I wouldn’t call this a waist trainer… maybe a waist slimmer. It does help to rid your mid section of access water. I wear this shaper daily and it does not have sweat pouring off of me, but it does heat you up and causes your body to perspire. I must say that since i have been wearing this waist shaper… i have lost a few inches off my waist and around my back. The shaper is also long enough to cover my entire mid section (lower belly bulge and back bulges). I am 5’3″ 175lbs with a set of 38DDD. I ordered a L and it fits great, but since i have lost some inches, i think i will be ordering a Med.

I purchased a Large. I wear size 12/14 clothes. It does fit a little bulky under the arms (hence the 4 stars), however I really like it because it fits my entire torso (covers all of my stomach area and back). Doesnt fit tight (not like the waist trainers where you cant breathe)..but will make you sweat.
