I work out heavily daily, and lift heavy weights (3-4 days week), with cardio 5 days a week. As such I always weigh Heavy/obese based on BMI. (poor measuring system overall, but what my insurance uses) Though I am actually thin, with alot of muscle (female). Per my Dr. my weight and size are appropriate.However, the feature I love about this scale is the Athletic mode, which does help tweak other numbers to make them display more accurate numbers, based on my actual Body fat levels.My Spouse who is less athletic, also uses the scale, and his numbers appear accurate as well.The only dislike, is a black glass scale always looks smudged with footprints, It bugs me. But not the scales fault.

This is awesome! I was planning on buying one that was much more expensive until I found this, and this is even better.The app is super clean and user friendly. I love that it tells you specifically what each reading means and gives you so much information. I also like that multiple people can use it with their own profiles.It’s small and sleek and super easy to use. It chimes on the app after you weigh yourself and I was able to connect it to my Fitbit so that it automatically tracks my weight on Fitbit too.The one thing I’m not totally sure about is the athletic mode vs regular mode because the numbers are so drastically different with each and I don’t know which is the most accurate.Anyway, great product at a reasonable price!

I was really worried that the required app would be junk, but it’s actually very good. The trending is nice, it’s fast and looks decent. It does seamlessly put the data into Apple Health as well which is a nice bonus. Totally exceeded my expectations there. You do have to create some sort of account, but I setup a catch-all email address for it and they’ve not sent me any spam yet.The scale measurements seem to jive with the equipment at the gym almost perfectly so I’ve moved to using this scale at home for everything and not checking at the gym any more. I now can check my weight/body fat/etc at the same time every day (as soon as I get up) so it’s as consistent as it can be and any gains/loss will be more realistic.Would easily recommend this to anyone (and have already told my dad he should pick one up). Seems like a bargain.

Got this scale because I have been in a rut with weight loss and had no idea where to start or where I was going wrong. Didn’t expect much given the low price, but I have been pleasantly surprised.First, I have tried to fool it. I will weigh myself, then come back 5 min later… The numbers stay consistent. And the trends are realistic and correlate- as body fat% goes down, subcutaneous fat% goes down.And getting results! In 10 days I saw my protein was on the low end, as was hydration… Kicked up the intake of both of those and am down 5 lbs in just that time. I reccommend for anyone who wants some insight into how their weight shift is spread out.

Easy to set up and use and aesthetically pleasing. It is very slim and small she easy to store under something. I have tile floors and if I set it up so that it is on more than one piece of til I will get a bad read. That’s the only negative.

Nice compact size. The app got bad reviews on Google Play but it worked great for me! Easy to read display and very accurate.
